Phyllis Bason, Realtor

Buying or selling a home is personal. Your reasons, your questions, and what comes next matter to me. That’s why my approach is about removing the transactional energy from buying and selling and replacing it with a human experience.

Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating with the military, buying again, or ready to sell, I start by listening. I help you understand your options, prepare for each step, and make decisions that fit your goals—with clear communication and room to ask every question.

I serve buyers and sellers throughout Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa counties. As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I also provide support for military moves and PCS timelines.

Whatever your next move looks like, let’s find your way forward together. Find It With Phyllis.
